By accessing or using the Forsaken Veil website, launcher, game server, Discord, or related services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Forsaken Veil and all related services operated by Forsaken Nether Games LLC are unofficial fan-made projects. Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. and its affiliates own all rights, title, and interest in World of Warcraft and related intellectual property. References to World of Warcraft are made solely to identify the game environment with which this unofficial fan project is associated.

Forsaken Nether Games LLC operates a private server project and related community services, including the Forsaken Veil website, launcher, Discord, and game services. These services are provided as an independent fan-made project for entertainment and community purposes.

You may only use the Services if you are legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.

Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, Forsaken Nether Games LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only.

  • Use cheats, hacks, exploits, dupes, malicious tools, or unauthorized automation
  • Interfere with the server, website, launcher, infrastructure, or account systems
  • Impersonate staff or misrepresent affiliation
  • Harass, threaten, scam, spam, or abuse other users
  • Use gamemaster, admin, moderator, or other elevated-access accounts for unauthorized purposes, including multiboxing while using staff or administrative access
  • Exploit bugs or unintended mechanics for advantage
  • Sell accounts, characters, items, gold, boosts, or services for real money
  • Violate applicable law in connection with the Services

If account registration is required, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity on your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly.

Players must use names, chat, Discord, support channels, and other public areas appropriately. Harassment, hate speech, threats, explicit abuse, scams, impersonation, malicious links, and repeated disruptive behavior are not allowed.

Accounts, characters, items, gold, names, rewards, and other virtual content made available through the Services are service features only. They are licensed, limited, revocable, and are not your property. Forsaken Nether Games LLC may modify, suspend, remove, reset, or revoke them at any time, subject to applicable law.

We may patch, update, rebalance, wipe, reset, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time, with or without notice. Beta features, test content, and in-development systems may change frequently.

If donations, purchases, or optional payments are offered, they are used to support operation of the Services unless stated otherwise. Unless required by law, donations and payments are final and non-refundable. Optional benefits or digital perks are service features only and may be changed, removed, or discontinued at any time.

If you submit bug reports, screenshots, suggestions, posts, messages, or other content through the Services, you grant Forsaken Nether Games LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, secure, and promote the Services.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, preservation of accounts or characters, or continued availability of any feature. Use of the Services is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forsaken Nether Games LLC and its owners, members, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, access, characters, items, progression, or goodwill arising out of or related to the Services.

We may monitor, investigate, suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for rule enforcement, security, abuse prevention, service integrity, technical operation, or legal compliance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless a later date is stated. Your continued use of the Services after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Forsaken Veil is an unofficial fan-made project. Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. and its affiliates own all rights to World of Warcraft and related intellectual property. Forsaken Nether Games LLC does not claim ownership of Blizzard’s game, trademarks, lore, characters, art, or other related rights.
